Sadly, Mark had to be in the field today with his students, so I had took Noah to the Pinewood Derby, along with the rest of the Keel Gang. And Noah took 2nd place in the Tiger Cub Division! YEAH NOAH! AND YEAH MARK for doing such a good job on the car! Mark has been so incredibly busy between work, a new church calling & studying for boards that it was a really big task for him to get the car done, but he & Noah squeezed in the time & got it done in time for him to race it today. I didn't get very good pics & the quality on the video is bad, but Noah's car is the grey one & he won 3 races before being beat out by another boy in his den who ended up taking 1st place overall, but it was a very close race & Noah's car gave him a run for his money!!

Noah's car is the grey one. We had to put more weight on at the last minute so we had to put it on top so the car wouldn't drag. I guess it did the trick. And I know I'm his mom, but I think his car is the snazziest out of the three. :)

Wow pinewood derby's , that brings back memories! His car looks way cool!
Our boys always came in second. But, then they built their cars with some help from Wayne and raced them against the cars their friend's dads had taken to their auto shops, built, and brought home to their boys. So we were mighty proud of them taking the silver!
The gray car is without a doubt the coolest!! Certainly the one I'd want to drive!
