Baseball Recognition

After the baseball season ended they had a pizza party at Mr. Gatti's and gave out awards.  Noah HATES to be in the spotlight and every single time he has been singled out for an award of any kind, he just clams up and even refuses to smile for the camera.  But, at the end of the pictures, you'll see him smiling big when he asked me back at home to take a picture of him with all his awards.  So darn cute.

This is Coach Joe.  Mark works with him at the NCO Academy.  Although a very high spirited coach, he was a great one and you could tell he really enjoyed coaching the boys.  He is the one that paid for the medals and pictures he gave the boys.  So, we gave him a framed Normal Rockwell painting of boys in baseball uniforms and then we had all the boys sign the photo.  He loved it!  I will take credit for the idea, thank you very much.

Isabelle finally found a game that suited her obsession with winning tickets.  It's a tic tac toe game where the balls toss up into the air and fall into slots that determine what you win. She had the magic touch and won over 400 tickets which she promptly spent on things that I'm sure are lost by now.  It's the fun that matters though, not what you get for it.  I mean, you can see it in her face how cool she thinks this is.
This was the first time that we went to Mr. Gatti's and actually let the babies out of the stroller. There wasn't much they could do other than this helicopter, but they sure did enjoy it.

How wonderful. Noah is so cute being shy. And look at all those tickets Izy has! The twins are just so cute in the ride as well! What fun!
