University of Louisville Football

The University of Louisville sponsored an Armed Forces Day at their football game against Florida.  Mark got enough free tickets for the whole family to go.  Before the game there was a HUGE tailgate party for the military.  When Mark mentioned they would serve food, I figured it was like any other military function. They hand you a hotdog, a bag of chips and a soda and send you on your way, but this was nothing like that!  They handed you a hamburger, 5 hamburgers if you wanted them, fried chicken, hot dogs.......and that's not all..........there were boxes and boxes of PaPa John's pizza on the tables with bottles of water, sodas and full size candy bars galore!  They had live music and raffles and promotions going on as well. It was incredible!  We were definitely spoiled and when it was all over they had us load up with the leftovers, so we even had food to eat at the ballgame!  So, since we didn't have to spend money on food, Mark bought the girls a foam finger.  Those things are hilarious.  We really, really enjoyed ourselves.  It was a great game and to top it off they even won!

**These pictures were all taken on Mav's camera because we forgot ours & they had disposable cameras at the tailgate party, but I have yet to get them developed.....
