The Tree

We cheated a bit this year. Thinking the babies would come early I convinced Mark to help me decorate at least one room for Christmas before Thanksgiving. So, we used our log cabin style decorations to bring the spirit of Christmas into our office. It felt weird without a tree though, so it was a good feeling to get the tree up & to decorate it as a family on Thanksgiving night.

And we are blessed to have a large enough home to accomodate two trees this year & since we had not only our holiday decorations, but my mom & dad's, we decided to put a theme to some of the rooms. So, my parents went & picked out a live tree for the living room. Hopefully we will get a chance tonight to decorate that tree & rest of the room.
